man, the phone problaby was damaged by water, first check the phone, if the phone is ok change the display's board, if the problem keeps, reflux or change the ligth ic. it´s in the display`s board next to the camera.

sir try to change the 2pcs led ic and also the one capacitor at the side of the vibrate.
