6120 keypad IC location??? - GSM-Forum

I have a Nokia 6120 that has some keys that are not working and it's not the keypad flex the problem...Can someone locate and point me where is the keypad galss IC located on this phone?
A picture would be apreciated,

hi
1st clean the bord and try to reball the keybad ic
see the photo

Thank you man,I had changed the Keypad IC pointed there and still the same:all the keys are working except when I press menu it appears # when I press 3 it deletes the entrys and soo on with other 2 keys...
What to do???????

try to chechk it again may be

bad contact on keypad ic

Intresting, but thisphone have two keypad ic`s i attach here pic. If not ic problem then it might come from rapido or change ui assy, maybe there is something shorted.

first clean and reball the 2 keypad ic and replace it.
working 100% and tested by me.
