6120 White blinking LCD/blank - GSM-Forum

Can anyone provide me with the solution to 6120??

It came in to me dead after it was dropped from 3m... I have now reflowed the PCB, and it came back from the dead... Now it can turn on, but display is blinking white a few times, then it shows the Nokia logo upsides down, I hear the Nokia tune, and then it goes blank...

Hope anyone can provide me with a solution...

sorry can't answer to your problem! Wat you need is a full understand on how the phone works! else you are doing a trial and error!

having same problem after water damage , phone led and lcd blinking ....
i change all 3 ic's near lcd connector , same problem . but what it seem problem comes from betty ic.
i rehot ic , blinking stoped . but now i have missing leg on the uper ic i hope i can fix it.

i have fixed my phone
rehot betty ic , and make jumper like E65 lcd jumper on the uper ic near lcd connector.
i have also changed 2 other ic's on the side just in case
phone is working again , not blinking.
hope it helps

Br some times flshing ok ui settings ok but phone will restart try with higher version again samr problem 100 percent blutooth ic just remove bt ic 100 percent tested.........
