Bro.1st resoldaring or change lcd conector.many time conector under any pin mising so this problem.
2nd.agin change 2 good lcd ic...

i clean and resold lcd connecter on pcb but still blue display

Dear brother you can inter change both lcd ic from another working mobile for 100% result (problem in ic or other's site .....some time murket 's ic is bed)

Brother did u solve your Problem.i have sam fault,i cange lcd ics both,lcd conecter and lcd but still it show blue lcd,it out going in comin call is ok,i full flash and also check by blank PPm file.....any idea how to solve.

yes man it works for...one the pin in lcd jacks was lose....
