6120c mmc ic jumper

hi gays 6120c mmc ic= is it different from all nokia models ?
i think that is 24 pin ic LP3929.
most of nokia models used LP3928 25 pin ic
but the 24 pin ic in which models are used????
any idia or any jumper???????/
