Nokia E71 camera problem - GSM-Forum

Hello guys,

I recently updated the firmware on my nokia e71, and it worked fine, but after a few day my camera refused to work, it shows only a black screen when i select it
Can you help please?

I understand that i need to install some PM files, but i don't know how....

you need a tool like mxkey to write it

juzt write PM with ATF or
..if u r not a phone technician then juz sent ur phone to service center to fix it

Without any technical knowledge or/and tools (you cannot write pm or replace ics) you cant repair this. Please contact service center.

i have 73 when i press 1 it write 5 and no3 write 7 i chang z4400 and z7542 no result i removes4403 -r7725 no result any help
