6120c power off when touch any key!! - GSM-Forum

Hello,
i have a problem 6120c touch any key set will like off (only light off)
on screen showing. But key not working with sim.
Without sim set all ok.
I flash it diffirent version. But same.

any solution ????

some problem lke hardwere . U must check its keypad and keypad ic. Other wise problem in main ic like uem or thavo

Yes i change keypad & keypad ic also check for shorting. But there is no short or keypad ic problems.
