;;6120c very strange problem ;;

I have one 6120c its ear speaker not working
i did done many things den also same,

1.change speaker
2.trace track , and change filter , made jumper on filter
3.trace track through avilma, change avilma,
4.flashed with last version
5.removed R2105,R2104.
still same , i did changed avilma 3 or 4 times and took from working set also

masters am waiting for solution..

check casing holes may b some dust inside of that holes

is the reading normal at points like a normal set?

if yes.....so u can make jumpers direct at earpiece from there

check ur jumper at L2100 u made them right?

everything working rest earpiece ,

brother if casing have no holes also can hear little bit
but its not working ..

if yes its like working set , no different.

i already wrote above mic and ringer are working!!
and i dnt think its speaker contact problem,
speaker contacts are ok,

i think its audio frequency problem

witch band u r using? 850 ...900 1800/1900 ?

use an other band by an other sim and check

imei start from 35.........0r 01........?

if u can hear call at loud speaker then its not frequency problem

u can take help from level 4 schematic

blue tooth headset and normal headset are working fine!!

most print and parts u have checked .
now there we need some electronics repairing tools like signal generator , CRO etc
but they are not commonly used in gsm
high investment needed
rate of return !!!!
so what we can do ?
