6131 & 3500c TEST mode But cannot read !!!


Hello,
I have a 6131 & 3500c when i attach cable to it, it shows TEST mode but when i make INF from UFS or JAF it does not read the Phone !! I did try to use USB cable of JAF PLUS and MT BOX still it does not read it !! Can you explain me where the PROBLEM com from ???

Experiment Obtained:
1. Cable is 100% ok!
2. USB connector CLEAN

Please some FEEDABaCK and HELP ....

flash ic

flash the fone with latest firmware and see if flashing successful or not. if not then rehot flash IC and see. post results

flashing cannot be done since it is not locating the PHONE... as said if i connect another PHONE same version same model it is READ and is able to flash !!! When i connect the cable it SHOWS test mode mean that the RESISTORS inside is WORKING... My client says that the PHONE was drop in water recently and he just heat it UP and phone working well only has a SECURITY code in the PHONE that am not able to READ it !!!!
