6131 dead by over voltage


helo i mistakenly put 6131 on4.7 voltage on supply now it is short any idea what to check pleas help customer is crying

thavo is heatingalso i have checked nonpoller and coils now finelly i think i have to give a new set to customer to getride him because i got no luck in changeing this kind of ICs thanks
