Talking 6210 signal loss repair

There is a Nokia bulletin floating around the net telling you how to fix the signal problems look for it!

1. The antenna switch ( the solder connecting the metal can cracks they recomend replacing.

2. If you make a call and twist the phone if the voice goes away then you have dry joints on the cobba

but I reckon the P.A could also be shot, Hope this helps D.

Fever DJ,

Please try to use ROLIS SW V1.7 to enable Net moniter,
go to test 01.

download how to use net moniter for if you do not have RF tester!
http://www.nobbi.com/download/nmmanual.pdf

look at CH , when you make a call, is phone keep change CH by show "Hxxx" ,

then check xxx number !

CH 1-124 is use for GSM 900 !

and check when you make a call ( you can see TXpwr *xx), then how is your RX-L !

Willy
