6220 headset problem - GSM-Forum

I have a 6220 and can only hear if I have the headset attached. When I disconnect the headset, the headset symbol still stays on the phone and you cannot hear through the handset. Can anyone help plz???????

try to replace headset terminal,i encouter problem like that and i replace terminal headset and it works,
