6220 Locks up - GSM-Forum

I have a Nokia 6220 which starts as normal without sim - "says insert sim" on screen - When sim is inserted it locks up - only thing on screen is the battery level indicator and it won't switch off, i have to remove the battery to switch off - Without sim it switches on and off ok - Any ideas - I'm a complete newbie - any help with solution really appreciated

try to full facotry ur phone using ur unlocking device
