6230 Dead Need Help

I have 6230, which brought to me dead when I try to flash it get this massage: -

1st Boot Ok, TIKU, UPP: 1052
2nd Boot Error: Chk
Platform: 5, Error Data:

Process Failed, Repowering Mobile

I have try to reflowing the Ics but didn’t help, what does this error means?
and how to repair.thanks

reheat your flash ic.if it still gives you the same message your flash ic is faulty

thanks for ur reply i tried to reflow flash ic same problem but now phone it auto vibrate when un tried to insert battery.

u have hotted it too much or put some presure when hot, now balls are shorted out.

must replace flash ic

this errer means, that the flashprogramming software could not be loaded into the RAM or the phone did not answer during/after that

i think this problem from cpu you have to change it or replace first
