6230 doesnt Ring!! - GSM-Forum

I have 2 Nokia 6230's that don't ring. I swapped ringers and still same problem. One has slight rust on the board but only minor. Problem is I can't resolder the Audio IC as my solder balls are too big and those connections are freaking miniture. Anyone know where to buy the Audio IC with the solder balls attatched???? Thanks guys.

do you have i diagram showing where the audio ic is pls??

just try and reflow the i/c first.
clean it with meth and a toothbrush and then reflow.

small chance - but worth a try.
