6230 is flashing well but can not turn on!
 

Hello friends I ahve one 6230 and one 6230i, both of them are water demaged, and both can be flashed but can not turn on? they are fully flashing but can not turn on. I changed flash ic, and ram no result. Please help what is the problem.

all powers of UEM are ok, why to change it? I mean, VIO, VFLASH, VANA VBB, VCHARGE..

Try if your phone start charging after the plug-in the charger.
If yes, it means problem is in power on buttom line.
