6230 full memory - GSM-Forum

hello!

I have one 6230 that say full memory.
But,it has empty memory!!

When i switch off it,i can see "?" en center of display.
I did "full factry default" with ufs-3.
but, it is not change nothing.

what can i do it now?
i have to flash it??

before you start tearing apart your phone please flash your phone and let sense prevail

if u sure not software problem then plz change the sram~~~~~~~~~
