6230 Gallery empty

I had several phones 6230 with same problem "GALERY EMPTY" I flashed the phones but the problem stands the same. What we should do to fix that problem.

NOTE: FIRST YOU DOWNLOAD FULL PM FILE OR READ OKEY GOOD WORKING PHONE PM
IF YOU DONT HAVE PM FILE DO NOT ERASE PM AREA

full flash erase with erasing fia file and ERASE full pm area

also erase user data

and now open phone full wach board with thinner or petrol what ever you use then dry with very low heat
fit phone again and then write latest firmware flash file
write an a fresh copy of pm file
set UI full factory default

TESTED BY ME 1000000000000000000% WORK
