reflow never work in my experience, must replace that resistor package (i forget number). also there is one inductor there which may be problem..

search the forum, there is many guide with pictures...

try to replace the light driver i.c., it is looks like sim i.c. near booster coil for the light...... it is 8 pins you can take the driver form other phones like 2330, 7260 or 6230i. it has the same driver...
