6230 read info - GSM-Forum

I tried to read info of a 6230 and I cannot do that (the phone shows "LOCAL MODE") but if I try to flash it , I can .

What's the problem ?

If I remove and put back the cable for many times , at a moment I can see the INFO ...

Trust me . I checked the board , the cable .
It's an IC the problem but i don't know which one
