6230 strange problem !!! - GSM-Forum

I have 6230
there is two problem

1-) I put it on the table
when light off , a message on the screen "selected memory empty"
2-) I locked key and put it on the table
after light off
I am opening key lock , but it cant do
only I press on/off button (no power off) and open key lock

I m waiting your reply

6230 hanging problem. I put the software is dead, what to do?

I flashed and it is same

mic point open and set clean with ctc rehot it and again sowftwear set will be ok

check the small ic flash

clean the pcb... heat the cpu... apply software everything will b fine....
