Before try with twister...try to measure the power circuit line...
In some cases the PF are in short....
IF the power line is ok...and you can`t flash , you have a big problem..maybe UEM is bad!!

in most cases /if phone is not burned in these local service/ there is a bad connection between flas and PCB and CPU and PCB ---- rehot it very gentle....if these is not your problem pick it and latch for broken pads.....i hope coz your problem is easu like PA damage

Yes you may need to reball flash (check also NAND flash), UPP.
UEME i think it has to be ok because it's glued.
just Reball them and try again.
You also may want to use an Ultrasonic machine to clean it

same problem with my 6230.
Phone can not switch on on cable and UFS3.
No local mode on LCD.
Open conector/cable. There is one smd resistor between
"batterry" contacts and one mini resistor 3k3 soldered to
midle contact-(btemp??). Remove mini resistor.
Now Local mode on LCD.

But don forget that mini resistor 3k3 is important.

Are you using a laptop? I had the same problem. when the battery is about 40%, it doesn't have enough power..

I plugged in AC adaptor and everything is okay..

kreten, that phone was broken in the so-called "service-shop", they gave heat to UEM and damaged the balls underneath.
If you can handle glued UEMs, good luck.
