i haf 1 nokia 6230 when charget the phone become very hot , which part of the part phone has problem ? i haf clean the phone with ultra sound cleaner but it still the same... please.......

use your finger touch which 1 i.c hot & change it.

i think power ic is short

u check first short

then u reball UEM

then flash 100% ok

To know which part heating.you have to dissemble the phone.It should be an open circut with all important part.Connect it to a power supply power it on,and reconnect charger.In that way you can be able to identfy which part is heating up.

Most units turns hot because of faulty PA, please check PA.

isolate pa first... remove coil besides it.....

avoiding removing major parts.....

thats true. it is usualy PA fault. check resistance with ohm meter between (+) and (-) terminal. if u got 20 to 50ohm it mostly PA short.
