Member: 157483 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | This happened to my friends 6680. He immediately dried the phone off with a towel, and then with a hairdryer. Fone wasn't working so he put it on the heater for 2-3 hours to let any remaining water evaporate. Fone still wasn't working, but it started working the next day. It operated perfectly except the VGA camera didn't function. He foned up his network provider and demanded that they fix it (he just told them it stopped working - didn't tell them anything about water damage). They picked up his 6680 and have repaired it free of charge. |
