I Think You Beter Change The Ram Ic And Try ,if Not Working Post Your Flashing Procedure Ino To Clear What Is Going On.

my friend it mit be a new hardware verion try to flash it by the newest verion if it is not oka try to send me the proceedure of the flashing way .....good luck
