Arrow 6230i random speaker failure

this 6230i faulty after few months use.

Small speaker randomly goes off (no voice is heard) during calls.

Also sometimes it emits a high pitch tone and phone needs to be switched off.

Any ideas please?

Thanks

I have a problem with the mic and I am trying this code *#3370# but nothing happens when I press ok (the middle button on the menu toggle). WHich button do I have to press after the code? I am trying this on a 6230. Thanks

This is an DCT3 code, means: *3370# for Enhanced Full Rate ON - on DCT4 u will not see any function features like older models like 3310, 8210 etc..
