6233 Ear Peice Low Volume - GSM-Forum

I have 6233 handset with low volume in ear peice. i have replaced the speaker and removed the protection resistor which grounded in speaker path. still same problem. any solution plz.

theres 2 caps and 2 resistors left on the line.. do u have manuel, to see ?

i changed the speaker and the chasess and the speaker filters but no change

Are solve your problem?

Problem surely in retu ic.somtimes it will be solved by rehot retu ic.if not sorted then have to change/ reball.I faced 10 mobile with same problem and i get sucess on 2 mobiles by rehot method.hope it will helpful to you.

for 6233 with low volume earpiece i solved the problem by
using a 6500s earphone on top of the board , you just have
to cut some plastic away to fit it , it will sound louder
because its closer to the ear.
hope it works 4 you too.
