try manual format.. call,*,3 and power on

try this method m8 :

1. back up your rpl first (very important)
2. erase full flash (3x for more better results)
3. reflash it with mcu, ppm
4. upload pm
5. format user area (just to be sure)
6. unlock phone

try just fomate the set with UFS user area formate or try to hand formate (*+3+call & power stich).
