6267 power off after 10min
 

have 6267 power off after 10-15min i flashing with version5.20 but again power off what is ? is software or hardware problem
any solution pleease?

the one that keep imei number....
rehot and flash again..
reball,still not working, change it...
but 1st save rpl..

check imei rpl......................
