6270 sim card not accepted

i recieved a 6270 which was not accepting sim ...when i turn it on with sim inside it says STARTUP PHONE WITHOUT SIM n i got two option ACCEPT N REJECT ..that means it is not taking sim ...i have made jumpers in sim ic after that when i turned on the phone i get nokia hand connected n on screen its written insert sim card i activate general but still same ..then i fixed the sim ic back n again recieved above message with those two option ...now tell me wat can i do ....i have made jumper in sim ic like this plz tell me is it correct or not n i have also resold sim tray n capacitor c2700 is also showing continity connecting to sim tray leg no. 3 ..plz help me bro. wat more to do now

i have 6270 with insert sim problem but someone has already done the operation n scrathed the sim ic now every leg is showing ground i just want schematic n i will do other thing if anyone has it plz load it thx in advance....
