use jaf to flash 6270 for better result
I also face same problem like you one month ago but when I flash in jaf flashing completed with no error & also use upgrade version

first try to format with jaf if problem does not solve then flash with the latest higher version then alo not solved then its the hardware problem after formatting and flashing post result

USE update 3.85 or something (with cnt) version all will be ok

U can JAF or MT-box.
