6270 strange problem - GSM-Forum

Hi Friends
I have a 6270 , when play music in headphone the volume is too low but in loudspeaker mode it's normal
I have already replace headset kit & clean connector but problem is same

help me guys

try with original head phone, on other things to do

can you tell me what version do your phone has?
ussually the problem caused by higher firmware version.try to downgrade it to lower version like v3.53.g'd luck!!

for rajiv007 I have already change headphone with orginal one which I already mentioned

for blefu thanks for your advice the software version of phone has 3.69 but now it have 3.90 . The set is in warrenty period & problem has no display so they change display but upgrade the firmware version in 3.90 , I also think that problem is in software

but anyway I will downgrade firmware in 3.69 & post the result

i`ve already try with my mobile to downgrade firmware.. & voilaaaaa u`ve got big sound on your mobile
