6288 display IC

Hi, this is my 1st post

I have 6288 with white screen problem. I checked display and flat cable, they're ok. I put them in other phone (one by one) and they work, and I put the other phone's display and flat cable into mine and the problem remains.
So I searched this forum and found this:

Now...I have SMD hot air soldering station and other tools, I'm using them in computer components repairing successfully, but I have never done this kind of repair. I assume that theese parts (crystals?) have 5x5 "pins" on the lower side, which I should short as shown on the picture? If that's right, I only need someone to tell me how to do it Some video tutorial or something would be very helpful, too.
Thanks in advance.

Tnx bro for quick reply, I saw that solution, too. What I need to know is the procedure for doing this. Can you tell me the procedure? Or there is maybe some video tutorial, maybe not for exactly the same chip, but something similiar?
