Thanks Brother, But I Think This Is Not Keypad IC Problem, Because I Was Change 6 Keypad IC But All Give Me Same Problem That Only *, 0 Not Working.

try with tester if it goes to the #, it must be the same circuit. if it doesnt go, scratch a little the graphite on #, 0, * and make a bypass with ISOLATED thin wire through all three pads. If I remember good, the row of #0* is the central contact of the buttons.
