6300 after 2 minutes,shows SPEAK NOW!

Then write NO MATCHING,

Looks like there is a button which is auto pressing, which one?

or any other trick???

just you clean pcb,,,then try fromatte.i hope solve ur problem,,,

dear bro,
are you try restore factory settings option.....

Not for .......................

1st restore factory settings.

2nd write flash with latest flash file.

Then post result..................................

I think the voice dial button is pressed, take a look at key pad tips..

Clean keypad area if not solve change keypad ic,your problem will solve.

PROBLEM SOLVED.

I just replaced the DOWN VOLUME KEY.

Threat can be Closed Now.
