hi friend you masty reflash phone with high ver and be ok and maybe mast off the memory stick and mast move the videos in phone memory

no need to move song to phone memory just flash the set with latest flash files format the memory card and enjoy

dear it is hardware problem ..i flash phone many time but same problem ..i think power ic problem ..
