6300 keypad not working!!! - GSM-Forum

Help please, my 6300 keypad has just stopped working, I cannot press any of the buttons and when the phone rings I cannot answer it!!! I am expecting many calls and I need to use my phone asap...i have tried switching it on and off and pressing various key simultaneously, but no joy!

hi

check volume switch at the side

try to clean it up....

If no luck you need to replace it's keypad IC... it's same as 3110c and 3500 keypad IC

i change lots of time key pad ic and it work but this time i change key pad ic two time with diffrent ic's but number 4 and 5 is still not working ,,,,,,,,,?
