6300 keys not working - GSM-Forum

kaypad not working and not powered off with on-off sw.. dissabmle volume keys:same, when i dissabmle keypad IC, phone powered off with on-off key. when i put a new one, keypad locked ( no key working ) again and not powered off with on-off key. i think a shortcircuit but where is it? i cant find..
Any Idea?

i dont want to keys working.. i want Contacts in phone!
i use Jaf and read pm 0-512 on test mode
and use phone data ex sw for extract contacts,
sw find 708 Records... but getted data corrupted, only numbers getted, names didnt. and CSV file that saved by the software is corrupted.
