6300 menu,up,down key not work.help me.i chang key pad ic but same

remove keypad esdfilter & check the continuity of up down key to keypad esd filter pad if broken then apply jumper via schematics , if continuity is ok then replace keypad esd filter with working one or use ST make esd filters.

if same after all just reflow rap & check .

change key pad ic beside sim card tray also check the side of key pad buttons you will see
some golden point both left n right the cercuit used to short from there
