I av one 1209 that fell into water, after dried it will be off and on itself but if the tourch light is on, the phone will work normal. pls help me with the solution, urgently.

I did that, now the phone is not off and on rather it will go blank on the screen(blue) and still not working, it freeze until i remove the batt. thanks
