try to change avilma
then try to reball cpu

here i will try give some techniq to solve this kinds problem
1.u need to flash with high version
2.try with usb flash
3.try with another box like ub,cyclone
4.then cheak all information in flash log
when u are sure this is not software problem then simply take hardware step
