6303ci blue LCD after show NOKIA logo

6303ci blue LCD after show NOKIA logo , i try flash with HWK , MX BOX , Phonenix , BEST tool crack but not ok , can't boot and jumper BSI line --> same problem.
please help ?

change the lcd once...it might be the problem of incompatibility of lcd...
