61xx 72xx series hardware design problem


I have had a few nokias(6100s &7210/50s) come with this problem the actual snap on conector rips off track on main board(the conector where theres 5 pins each side coming out on a square block (snap on) wher the LCD board part goes)-you cant get more crap design than this! I suppose theres NO solution for this? WHO designs this ****?
