6310i key 1 ,2 and 3 didnt work - GSM-Forum

Hello,
Can anybody help me please.
I have a 6310i and the keys 1,2 and 3 dint work. Is it possibel for see the date of made in the imei-number because i cant in the service menu.
The phone is new but i have buyed from the internet without warranty card.
When he is still in nokia garanty i will do him to a phoneshop, but i need to now how i can see it without the service menu.

I would say even without seeing it it has probably been water damaged take the fascia off and look around the keys if it has been water damaged it wont matter how new it is (its probably a reckon at least 2years old) Nokia will not repair it as the warrantee will be void.
