6310i No Network Only With O2 - GSM-Forum

Anyone have any idea what causes this problem? I have a Nokia 6310i that will work fine with Vodafone UK, T-Mobile UK, Virgin UK, Orange UK etc. but loses signal with O2 UK. O2 cards work in all other phones and O2 signal is strong here. I have tried to write good PM, re-flashed the phone, reset all settings etc but still the phone refuses to operate with O2 UK

may be your phone is black listed for O2 UK!
or O2 UK uses 900 mhz band ( which if faulty in your phone! ) and all other providers uses 1800 mhz band! or vise versa, possible!
no other case!

1.The 900MHz band is used by Vodafone and O2 only; 1800MHz is used by all four of Britain's 2G operators.
2. " black listed" work on IMEI..and not on operators...
