6340i "STOP - Not Charging" - GSM-Forum

Hi, my last cell phone died and I'm still under contract with cingular, so I bought a nokia 6340i off of ebay a couple of weeks ago. This weekend I ran the battery down until the phone shut off. Then, when I plugged it in to the wall charger (I also tried the car charger) I got a stop sign and "Not Charging" on my display. I was able to charge the phone earlier in the week. It is the original (I think) charger (nokia acp-7u) and battery (nokia blb-3). I sent a note to Nokia and they said this would occur with a non-nokie charger or battery, and otherwise to take it to an auth. repair shop. I searched and there aren't any in this area (Austin, TX) and I would have to send it in to Nokia, and obviously it's not under warranty. Any suggestions?

check charger...........and FUSE inside of phone
