6500 Classic Flex Cable - GSM-Forum

Hi

Ive got a speaker problem on a 6500 classic and have changed the speaker but it still doesnt work.

Ive heard that the problem may lie in the flex cable but I am unsure where this flex cable is. Is it the ribbon that attaches to the LCD or is it some where else.

Please can someone advise me on this

ya it is the ribbon that attaches the lcd and the upper key board containing on off button

To replace this flex cable would mean buying a new LCD then ??

why new lcd .. flex and lcd are two different parts . why changing lcd if u have problem in speaker. then first change speaker then flex and at last check hardware...........
