6500c Local Mode - GSM-Forum

when battery inserted it shows Local Mode or Test Mode . I cleaned PCB & searched this problem in Forum , but still no solution found. Plz help me, I m new user

rehot pcb and then last try to FLASH.......

Changed with original battery,rehot AVILMA I/C ,but same position

have u tried flashing the phone dear
i am having the same problem
and now the phone is been flashed
