I change display ic,flex,lcd but still blank screen,any solution?

First, what happened with the phone? dropped down, water or smth else? don't forget that we are like doctors, but in electronics, we must know WHY it doesn't work, what cause get to the phone fail! The rest is working? does it make-receive calls or at least do you hear the sound of nokia when turning on? Then, are you sure the lcd and the flex you changed are good? If yes, then better make bypasses to tke lcd ic's, for me it ALWAYS works, because, I'm sure you changed from a dead board, you can't be sure they're good! MAKE BYPASS!!! You can check also under microscope the soldering of the system connector on the mainboard. Cheers!
