6500s dont press accept to start phone with out sim - GSM-Forum

hello
my problem that i have 6500s that have a big problem when u remove the sim card and it come to the screen that ask u to press accept to run the phone with out sim card if u press it really so fast it might work sometimes but it dont work most of the time but i can hear the buttom pressing if i put it near my ear and when i put sim card in the phone and it ask to enter the pin code of the sim when i enter thr 0000 and try to press accept or # the same problem again that it doesnt press i tryed to flash the phone more then once but i figured that its not a software problem so what do u think i hope to have a soultion for that

First check the keys maybe some of them are not working, service the board if it still does not work then youl have to change the keypad ic because some of the keys are not working

itmight be the problem of strip check it
